Analysis Of Public Security Culture Construction In Minority Areas Of Jilin Province

In the practical work of policing,public security organs at all levels form and develop a unique public security culture.Advanced and good public security culture has a subtle guiding role for police values,professional thinking and methods of word.The healthy public security culture is an inner motive force to promote the unity of police and the development of public security.The construction and development of public security culture can form a good cultural atmosphere,which could promote the scientific and efficient management of the police.The healthy development of public security culture has a deep significance in improving the overall quality,fighting power and cohesiveness of the public security team.Under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform,public security organs at all levels are changing from basic construction to diversified.They integrate and innovate the public security culture according to their local cultural characteristics,and formulate a better direction and goal for the construction of public security culture in the area.China is a multi-ethnic country with a large minority population,most of whom are settled at the border drawing a large attention from police.Because of the environment,the construction of public security culture in minority areas relating to national unity and social stability is more complicated than anywhere else,which is an inignorable link in the construction process of public security culture.Based on data collection,questionnaire survey and literature research,this paper investigates the current situation and achievements of public security culture construction in Jilin Yanbian Public Security Bureau.Combine their strength and weakness of public security culture construction with the practical needs in minority areas,then put forward some advice for the construction of public security culture in minority areas of Jilin province under the background of diversified culture.
