Study On The Old-age System In China From The Perspective Of Social Change

With the coming of the aging of our country,the old age must become a problem that we need to pay attention to.According to social changes,the writer introduces retirement mode and retirement system before the founding of new China's,new China of the early to Reform and opening up,and after Reform and opening up respectively.Then on this basis,the writer analyzes the problems about the retirement pattern in our country at present,they are: the function of family endowment weakening,"fragmentation" about social pension system,legal provisions is vague and executive force is not strong,the filial piety culture showed the trend of decline.To solve these problems,the writer puts forward some countermeasures to solve : we still attaches great importance to the "family" in the role of retirement,build the government-led diversified retirement mode,perfect the legislation and attach importance to the application of the law,pay attention to filial piety culture and the modern value of the retirement.Finally,as China's rapid development of Internet +,big data and cloud computing,the writer will find a way out about providing the old age by artificial intelligence,it not only accord with the situation of the aging,but also conform to the spirit of the age.
