Study On The Legislation Of Goverment Regulation About Online Car-hailing

With the rapid development of Internet technology in the information age,the emergence of sharing economy has broken the traditional business model.With the penetration of the sharing economy,there is a new emerging pattern which is different from traditional taxi.It is precisely because of its "new" that the corresponding laws are not regulated.Although in 2016,the Department Of Transportation and other seven departments of the state council enact <Management Measures For Online Booking Of Taxi Services> to standardize and adjust the ride-hailing service but it is not only useless but also faulty.First of all,it remains to be considered as the legality of the department's rules(or decisions of the state council),secondly,the establishment of "access system" is unconstitutional and local protectionism,finally,the traditional taxi mode is backward and incomplete.In view of the above mentioned above,we draw some Suggestions from foreign countries and relevant advanced theories.
