Research On Multi-Center Governance Of Online Car-Hailing

Online car-hailing is a representative industry of China's economic development.Since 2016,online car-hailing has developed rapidly throughout the country since 2016.The prosperity of online car-sharing has brought great convenience to people's travel and led to new economic growth,and it has also brought great challenges to the traditional industry,economic and government supervision.Firstly,the legitimacy of online car registration has gone through many stages,from being marginalized to surviving in a crack,until finally being recognized and protected by law,which lays a foundation for the further development and prosperity of online car car-hailing industry.Secondly,on the one hand,it protects the survival environment of the online car-hailing industry;on the other hand,the incompatible regulatory policies have seriously hindered the development of the online car industry.Finally,the supervision of a single government center is no longer adapted to the economic development model of the new era,especially for the sharing of economic industries such as online car-hailing,which has both public and private interests.Seeking new participants and management methods is an important task for government supervision to adapt to the development of socialist market economy of Chinese characteristics in the new era.As a new economic model,the disadvantage of the regulation of the online car has caused a series of social problems,such as personal injury incidents and “DiDi” incidents,which all reflect the backwardness and discomfort of the supervision to the new things.Supervision refers to the means of economic management by which the government acts as a single subject.The right of supervision relies on the state power,which can easily lead to government failure.Governance refers to the participation and management of non-governmental forces in state affairs.The concept of governance will be more scientific and democratic.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development of the times,supervision should keep pace with the times,abandon the idea of single-center government supervision,attach importance to cultivating multi-center governance thinking,actively seek efficient and rational new economic management methods,promote the transformation of government functions,and stimulate social development potential.As the research object,the online car-hailing should reform the traditional economic supervision mode,innovate and share the economic supervision,integrate the concept of multi-center governance,and help the national economy move forward steadily.
