Research On Online Non-litigation Dispute Resolution Of Network Consumption Disputes

The development of network technology and the rise of the online shopping platform have created a new type of dispute,the network consumption dispute,while produced convenience for people's shopping.In view of the massive,simple and small-line dispute,the traditional litigation and non-litigation dispute resolution seem to be difficult.Although the foreign practice and theoretical research showed that the network of consumer disputes online dispute resolution can be efficient and convenient to resolve such disputes at a low cost,so that can provide better protection of all parties' interests and reshape consumers' confidence in e-commerce,but the rule,current practice and application of network consumer disputes in China online non-litigation dispute resolution is not mature and common,its great advantage in solving the small consumer disputes network can not fully play out.This article starts from the developing background of the network of consumer disputes online non-litigation dispute resolution,through the summary of the current development and existing problems of the network of onlineconsumer disputes in non-litigation dispute resolution and comparative analysis of the successful practices of foreign countries and regions,to provide proposals for the improvement of network consumer disputes in China online non-litigation dispute resolution.
