Research On Community Grid Management In Panjin City

In the past few years,in the background of rapid economic progress,the social reformhas intensified,the proportion of urbanization is increasing,the identity of the people is changing,and the society is flowing into the society.In this way,the flow of population accelerates and the social contradictions become more and more prominent.The previous management system can not connect with the current social management needs.Under this background,grid management stands out.According to the standard proposed by the party in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,in 2012,Panjin started the construction program of this management model.2014 began to carry out the grid management pilot operation.In 2016,the grid management was fully covered,and the four levels of city,county,township and village were set up in the same step.Interest platform,start to run.In the past few years,Panjin has done a lot of work in promoting community grid management.However,the result of promoting the management model in society does not conform to the previous goal.So,how to make the community grid more standard management,make it effectively become effective measures to resolve basic contradictions and maintain social harmony and stability.It is an urgent problem to be solved at present.In this paper,through the study of the operation status of grid management in Panjin,this paper carries out field investigation,finds out the hidden difficulties in the process of operation,and analyzes the root of its emergence,and finds out how the grid management in Panjin should be more stable.On the basis of the analysis of the experience of a few areas in China,this paper interprets their experience in the selection,cultivation and inspection of the grid members,and summarizes the Countermeasures of the responsibility subsidence of the functional departments,the sound functions of the information platform,the unobstructed information communication channels and the participation of the social volunteers in the people's autonomy.To enhance the effectiveness of grid management and achieve the goal of social management.
