Study On The Strategy Of Group Incidents Of Public Security Organs In Fengze District

As China gradually entered the transition period,the original pattern of interests began to be broken,the growing mass incidents have become increasingly concerned about the issue.As China's public security organs of the violence and government agencies whose main duty is to safeguard national security and social order,to protect our citizens freedom and legal property,shall perform the duties for the guarantee of the Constitution and the law to give citizens the right to our country.Therefore,in the process of China's current frequent occurrence of mass incidents,can play an important role in the public security organs,good for solving mass incidents and maintain public order,protect the legitimate interests of citizens and property plays a key role.In this paper,through summarizing the situation and reasons of Fengze District group events,summarized nearly five years Fengze District public security organs in dealing with group events,analysis of problems and causes in the disposal process,select the "Weng'an 6.28" incident as a case analysis,extract the case study for Fengze District group events disposal according to revelation.The public crisis management theory,from the prevention stage,disposal stage,recovering stage three aspects to put forward the optimized proposal of Fengze District public security organs in dealing with group events,with a view to the public security organs in dealing with group events in reference.
