The Wisdom Of Action:Interaction Between Social Work Institutions And Government

With the developing of the government purchase of social work services,the interactive relationship between the government and the social work institution has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,this paper takes the NT social service project as an example to analyze the interaction process between social work institutions and government.The project has been through more than three years of personal participation and field observation,and interviews with government,community and related social work institutions,attempts to analyze the interaction process between social work institutions and government.In the study,It is found that both social work institutions and the government will form various relations because of different factors.However,in the face of different forms of relationship,social work institutions and government will have different coping styles and strategies to deal with.At the same time,the relationship will change with the intervention of action.In a word,social work institutions and government will be in an action that influences the relationship and influences the dynamic development of the action.The article focuses on the different relationships between social work institutions and government especially in which situations are conflict relations and cooperation relationships initiated,and what are the coping styles and strategies of social work institutions and government in the face of different relationships.Through research,it is found that,in the face of conflict,the government will achieve the goal of self-protection and control of social work institutions through the means of controlling resources,While social institutions have enough power to intervene with the government's actions,including political power or authority to participate in,to establish good relations of cooperation with the government,so as to realize the smooth progress of social service situation.Therefore,at the end of the article on how to better establish cooperative relations to advise social institutions such as paying attention to their own professional development,with clients to participate in order to change the interaction structure,and help to enhance the correct understanding of social work etc.,hoping this will help more social workers to analyze their interaction with the government,to master skills and to establish good interaction with the government,so as to promote project services.
