The report of the 18 National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it is necessary to "promote the simultaneous development of industrialization,information technology,urbanization,and agricultural modernization." the simultaneous development of the four modernizations is an important way to transform the mode of economic development in China.It is also a strategic decision to solve the problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" under the new situation,which reflects the fundamental requirement of the integration of urban and rural development.To promote the synchronous and coordinated development of the four modernizations is to adhere to the concept of people-oriented development and start with the relatively backward rural areas.From the relatively weak foundation of agricultural production as a breakthrough,vigorously develop efficient ecological agriculture,modern agriculture,change the current situation of rural development to increase the vitality of agricultural development,so that the vast number of farmers living in rural areas can We will fully enjoy the fruits brought about by the development of modern agriculture.Xiong Kou Town in Qianjiang City is one of the first 21 pilot towns in Hubei Province to demonstrate the four modernizations.During the demonstration pilot process,Xiong Kou Town made full use of its industrial development advantages,overcome the bottleneck of township development,and actively promoted the simultaneous development of the "four modernizations".Through the cooperation of government and enterprise,we have explored a set of government,enterprises,farmers,collective cooperation and win-win management system and the urbanization path of "industry and city interaction".While realizing the remarkable development of cities and towns,it explores a solution to the problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",which has long plagued the development of rural society.Xiong Kou's path of synchronous development of the four modernizations provides us with a sample of grass-roots reality of synchronous development of the four modernizations,and goes out of the way.A road of synchronous development of the four modernizations,which is dominated by characteristic industries,is of great practical value for promotion,but there are also many practical shortboards in its development path,both for the reasons of the industrial development level of the town area itself and for the constraints of the comprehensive macro factors.It is necessary to analyze it,so as to put forward some solutions.This paper hopes to take Xiongkou as the subject object,to explore and sum up its experience,harvest and existing problems in the process of promoting the "four modernizations" synchronously.From the aspects of intensive and efficient management of land and diversified development of industry,this paper provides some ideas for the simultaneous development of the four modernizations in the demonstration pilot towns at present and in a period of time to come.
