| In the new era,the principal contradiction has changed.The rural development is not sufficient,and the imbalance between urban and rural development is a major practical problem.It is a historic task for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to promote the vitalization of rural areas,solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas,and rural people,and promote the development of agricultural and rural modernization.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,implementing the rural vitalization strategy as an important part of "Applying a New Vision of Development and Developing a Modernized Economy”,and has become the general grasp of the "three rural" work in the new era.Under the efforts of the Communist Party of China and the people of all ethnic groups,the battle of poverty has won a comprehensive victory,and the focus of "three rural" work has shifted to rural vitalization.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the 2020 central rural work conference that consolidating and expanding the achievements of tackling poverty and promoting rural vitalization in an all-round way is a major issue that requires the party to attach great importance to the overall situation.In 2021,No.1 central document further deployed the rural development in the new stage of development.Rural vitalization is a systematic project.It has a long way to realize the comprehensive vitalization of rural areas,which needs to be actively explored and orderly promoted.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the path of rural vitalization based on the new development philosophy.From the perspective of new development philosophy,this paper focuses on rural vitalization,which is divided into five parts.The introduction part,mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,related research status,research methods,innovations and shortcomings.By combing the research status quo,I can find my own research space and form my own research ideas on the basis of learning from others.The first chapter,comprehensively discusses the time background,guiding ideology and historical context of rural vitalization.From the urgent requirements of solving new contradictions and achieving new goals,this paper finds out the realistic basis of its proposal;takes the new development philosophy as the guiding ideology,analyzes the internal relationship between the new development philosophy and the rural vitalization;around the change of "development" topic,it combs the historical process of rural construction in the process of modernization,and seeks the historical logic for the proposal of rural vitalization strategy.The second chapter,based on the general requirements of "twenty words",this paper discusses the basic contents of rural vitalization strategy,and summarizes its implementation principles from three aspects of development focus,urban-rural relationship and development mode.So as to grasp the rural vitalization strategy comprehensively.The third chapter,focusing on the problems of agriculture,rural areas and rural people,this paper summarizes the problems and challenges of rural vitalization,and analyzes the reasons from historical factors,economic factors,institutional factors and main factors.The fourth chapter,mainly guided by the new development philosophy,explores the path of rural vitalization.Focusing on the "three rural" issues,in accordance with the general requirements of the "twenty words".The five aspects of innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development,and shared development provide path choice for rural revitalization.It is helpful to combine the new development philosophy with rural vitalization. |
