A Study On The Inter-subject Interest Game Of Promoting Farmers' Central Residence In Longquanyi District Of Chengdu

To implement the strategy of revitalizing the countryside and actively coordinate the development of urban and rural integration,it is necessary to strengthen the work of promoting rural development with the help of cities and industries,as well as the adjustment and optimization of the institutional mechanisms for rural self-development.Promoting the concentration of peasants can not only fully accumulate rural public resources,provide more quality public services for farmers,but also promote the construction of new rural communities and further enrich the rural governance system.However,advancing the concentration of peasants is a systematic project that involves a number of systems,related policies,and interest reconciliation among multiple entities.Specifically,it not only includes the effective maintenance of farmers' land rights and housing rights,but also involves the government's overall planning and design of rural development.In this process,there must be a variety of game problems.The article chose to study the inter-subsidiary game in the process of centralized settlement of farmers in Longquanyi District of Chengdu.It is planned to study the game mechanism,analyze the specific cases and conclude problems,and then combine the actual local work needs to fully protect the interests of multiple parties and promote centralized housing work,providing policy advice and building a multi-win-win game model with the characteristics of Longquanyi District.Through theoretical combing and analysis of game theory,the research direction and content of the article are more clearly specified.Under the background of limited government policy advocacy and farmers' awareness,in the face of centralized residency initiatives and practical work,farmers and other subjects will inevitably bargain and form a very typical game phenomenon.Based on existing literature analysis and field research,taking game theory as a perspective,and then combining the "smart pig game" model and the quasi-"prisoner's dilemma" model,the concentrated living of peasants in Longquanyi District of Chengdu City was reviewed and summed up.The predicament of specific game problems,such as immature platform,game information asymmetry,inequality in the status of the game,and unsound protection mechanisms.Finally,in order to promote the centralized living of peasants and regulate the game between multiple entities,the article tries to propose a multi-party and win-win game strategy,which mainly consists of constructing game negotiation platform,smoothing game information transmission,and the establishment of the equality game status and the improvement of the game guarantee mechanism.
