Study On The Rural Governance Interests Subject Game Strategy Analysis And Countermeasure

Agriculture is the parent of national,the rural is the weight of the world,so far there are still nearly half of the farmers living in the countryside,this part of people's living quality directly affect the stability,stability and development in today's China.Therefore,how to make this part of the people living in the countryside,develop good became a matter of global problems.Country get better governance is not just farmers' survival and development,and the key to the public,to strengthen the construction of power at the grass-roots level government,can better reflect to some extent the country's democracy and the rule of law.In the actual process of rural governance,the CPC central committee to develop a variety of policy but will not be able to truly effective implementation in rural governance effect,especially with the deepening of rural reform,the implementation of the policies is excluded from the interests of both parties in the country,degree and effect makes the implementation of the policy.Various vested interests to safeguard the interests of the existing achievements and not willing to break the existing mode of interest,reject the entry of state power,makes the reform of rural governance can not go smoothly,and not conducive to rural better governance.Based on the perspective of game theory analysis of the five main interests demands of rural governance,the township government and village committee and village party branch,the elite of the villagers and ordinary villagers and their respective game strategy,digging out the five parties game the most main of the game is that the government and the villagers,the villagers within two game.Using the game theory in the classical model of "boxed pigs game" and \ "prisoner's dilemma\" game phenomenon analysis of the government and the villagers and the villagers respectively inside the profound reasons behind the phenomenon of game.\ "Boxed pigs game\" model,this paper analyses the reasons of the villagers' internal game basically has the following four points: 1.The villagers autonomy system is not perfect;2.Villagers internal channels is not enough to express the flow;3.The contradiction in the interests of the villagers' internal demands;4.The ordinary villagers' involvement in rural governance is not strong.For more than four villagers internal reasons of the game,the author puts forward five countermeasures under the expectation interest coordination mechanism are established within the villagers,makes the villagers within reach equilibrium: 1.Respect the interests of the ordinary villagers demands,improve the system of villagers' autonomy,(2)attaches great importance to the elite of ordinary villagers and the villagers' political participation,(3)attaches great importance to the villagers,especially the interests of the elite of the villagers,4.Internal interest coordination mechanism,the formation of villagers 5.Efforts to cultivate rural social organization to balance the villagers internal interests.In addition,the thesis analyzes the \ "prisoner's dilemma\" model of the main causes of the government and the villagers game has the following three points: 1.The rural social and economic development level is low;2.The government and the villagers in the rural governance position is not right,etc.;3.The unreasonable financial system.Facing these main reason is put forward in this paper from the following two aspects to establish interest coordination mechanism between the government and the villagers,to promote coordinated development of the government and the villagers: on the one hand,can enhance the level of rural economy,efforts to narrow the gap between the interests of all parties interests,on the other hand benefit compensation mechanism should be established and special compensation should attach great importance to the interests of the villagers.At the same time,based on the x,Y village as application object,use of the existing theory achievement to specific analysis the actual situation of x,Y village,discusses the game strategies of relationship of interests subject,put forward countermeasures for game equilibrium,and hope to be able to a certain extent,solve various interests subject interests are not balanced,establish interest coordination mechanism,promote the national policy can be smoothly carried out in the country,promote the development of rural governance for the better.
