The Research Of The Problem And Countermeasures Of Corruption In Wuhan Local Taxation Bureau Since The 18th CPC National Congress

The problem of corruption has always been an unavoidable topic for Chinese society.With the rapid economic and social development,the issue of corruption has become more and more serious and has seriously threatened national security,social stability and people's livelihood.In particular,the corruption of public officials is even more detrimental to society because of the public power they hold in their hands.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has taken a zero-tolerance attitude toward corruption,vigorously fighting corruption with the determination of breaking the wrist and using drugs to cure the evil and vigorously promote the building of a clean government and the fight against corruption.The fight against corruption has been made overwhelming trend.This research is based on the above two points,combined with my own actual work experience in Wuhan local taxation system and the discipline inspection and supervision departments,using my own understanding of tax business and discipline inspection work,to study Wuhan local taxation system corruption phenomenon in recent years.The main content of this article is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,a brief introduction to the background and significance of topics,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods and difficulties,innovations;The second part is the introduction of related concepts and theories,providing theoretical support from the following theoretical definitions of the three aspects of corruption,anti-corruption and local taxation system;The third part analyzes the status quo of corruption in Wuhan local taxation system.It mainly collects and analyzes 46 cases of corruption in Wuhan local taxation system investigated and dealt with since the 18 th CPC National Congress,and summarizes the characteristics of the corruption problem in the tax system by statistical analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of corruption in the Wuhan local taxation system,from the perspective of personal corruption,the defects of the tax legal system,the defects of the supervision system and other three perspectives.The fifth part is the countermeasures of corruption in Wuhan local taxation system,mainly from the three perspectives of strengthening the supervision and accountability,perfecting the system construction in taxation work and strengthening the cadre's ideological construction,and putting forward the countermeasures of the corruption of the local taxation system.
