Research On "Internet + Public Service" Of Hangzhou

With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,the popularization of information technology has penetrated into all aspects of our work and life.2015 countries for the first time put forward the concept of "Internet+",then mainly suitable for business category,only then "Internet +" mass into the public services,to speed up the government supplies public service conception change and the pace of innovation.The integration of "Internet plus" and public services has promoted the transformation and optimization of government functions,which is conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of government public services.Fundamentally,"Internet + public service" is on the basis of the traditional model of public service and thinking,the Internet is the new public service theory in our country under the background of rapid development of information technology practice.This article selects the "Internet +" concept was first proposed in 2015,the topic is relatively new,on the basis of previous research,the Internet and public service combined with a case study of hangzhou,the hope can enrich theoretical development in this field.This paper on the "Internet +",the basic concept of "Internet + public service" is defined,and the new public service theory,citizen participation theory as the theoretical basis,determined according to the object of this study is "Internet +public service";Secondly,through the literature research,qualitative analysis,case study and analysis in chronological order according to the "Internet + public service" the development process of the stages,the main characteristics and achievements,and also points out that according to the "Internet + public service" the problems existing in the construction,analyzes the main reasons for these problems.Finally,in order to solve the above problems and deepen the construction of "Internet + public service" in hangzhou,some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
