Practical Study Of The Judicial Public Services

The thesis practically studies the judicial public services provided by people’sprocuratorate in Guangzhou, detailedly analyses the contents, effects and defects of theprocuratorial work in sunshine, explores a path providing the society with the judicial publicservices by people’s procuratorate, and attempts to offer practical references for the reform ofpublic services in our country.The thesis starts with the concept of judicial public services. Lots of literatures showseveral theories, for example, the theory of protecting and serving the people’s livelihood byprocuratorate, the theory of unity between legal and social effects, the theory of judicialprotection for public advantages, and the theory of steering--paddling. According to theseabove, and compares the domestic research status of the reform of public services and judicialpublic services with those overseas, the practical studies are in progress. Concretely,dispatched procuratorial offices, procuratorate online, inquiring files of bribery crimes,prophylactically warning education avoiding crimes by taking advantage of duty, and lawsuitsfor protecting public advantages are introduced. Afterwards, the backgrounds, functions,defects and reasons of procuratorial work in sunshine are analyzed. Then, enlightenments ofdomestic and overseas reform mode of the provider of public services are revealed. Finally,the objective designs and developments of judicial public services are discussed.The procuratorial work in sunshine provide lots of judicial public services, build thelegal atmosphere in society, solve a great deal of legal issues, special appeals, and socialcontradictions, and protect the public advantages. Therefore, in cording to build theservice-oriented government in legal framework, we should draw on the experience of thediversified system of public services by western governments, expand and reinforce contentsand modes of judicial public services provided by people’s procuratorate.
