Research On The Issue Of Gambling By The Communist Party And The Government In The Early Years Of The China

At the beginning of the founding of China,It was an extremely crucial and special period in the historical development of our country.No matter whether it is from the economic level or the development speed of political culture,it has a certain distance from other countries.The party and the government also understand that the urgent task at this time is to concentrate on large-scale development of the economy and to get rid of poverty and backwardness as soon as possible.However,the premise for bringing all over the country into the economic construction is to have a relatively stable social environment.Therefore,during this period,the Communist Party of China first made a powerful transformation and large-scale integration of society,including resolutely banning all muddy water left over from the old society,and vigorously launched a ban on gambling and prostitution in society.A series of behaviors that endanger social order and morale,such as drug addiction and drug trafficking,have calmed the turmoil,stabilized the people's minds,and safeguarded the stability of the society,laying a good foundation for China's economic construction.The gambling as a kind of social phenomenon has a long history in our country.It is prevalent in various periods and classes,it is a reflection of the negative side of history,with the gradual acceleration of the reform and opening-up policy and the market economy construction.The gambling has been further spread.Nowadays,the construction of spiritual civilization and harmonious society has become a goal of the party and the people.Since the 18 th National People's Congress,civilization and harmony have been upgraded to a higher strategic level.Therefore,the prohibition of gambling is an important task for China to maintain social stability and create a good social custom.When we look back through history,we can see that the early years of the new nation's democratic reform is an important aspect of the prohibition of gambling and achieved good results.The historical experience also proved this struggle that can be tested and it's worth us to exploring and learning.The paper is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the specific performance of gambling in the early stage of China,the causes of gambling flooding and the serious impact on China.The second part expounds the party and government's effective measures and important achievements on gambling,which is the focus of this article.The third part is systematically expounded the historical contribution.Moreover,this paper from the building a scientific approach to the construction of gambling legal system,grasping of public opinion,strengthening the whole people education to improve the ideological and moral qualities,enhancing the ability and efficiency of law enforcement,the party members and cadres takes model leading,adhering to the mass line.These six aspects carefully analyzed the early founding of the party and the government governance of gambling problem's experience and revelation.It provides experience for government of current social problem.This is also the meaning of writing this article.I hope this paper through the review and analysis of the initial motion of gambling to contribute for solving the social problems of gambling.
