Research On Community Governance Of Hanwang Town

The marginalized community is a community located in the edge of the city which is appeared in the process of urbanization with the expansion of the urban scope.The marginal community is located at the junction of the city and the countryside.The edge effect is a phenomenon that there're more type and quantity of elements in the junction of systems than in the systems.The marginal community is at the junction of the two systems of the city and the countryside,and it also has this phenomenon.Hanwang town is a typically marginalized community,so it's necessary for Hanwang town to definite the problems in the development and search for the path to give full play to the positive effects.First of all,this paper reviewed the research of marginalized community governance from home and abroad.It also identifies research methods such as literature,investigation and case studies.After that,the related concepts and necessary theoretical foundation of the research were clarified.It means to analysis the positive and negative effects of edge location characteristics in the perspective of edge effect on the basis of investigation,and finally find that there're some problems like the vagueness of the role of government,administration of community work,serious problems of social security for landless farmers and obvious differences within the community;Further analysis shows that these problems are mainly based on the following reasons: The government occupies a dominant position in social governance,and the participation of social forces is insufficient,The development of democracy at the grass-roots level is not mature,The compensation for land expropriation is unreasonable and the guarantee system should be perfected,The restriction of the urban-rural dualism;In view of the above problems,put forward countermeasures for Hanwang town,to play a positive effect of marginalized communities,restrain the negative effect,and clear community development orientation,perfecting the compensation mechanism of land expropriation and the social security system.
