Research On Strengthening The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations

The rural grass-roots party organizations are the vanguard of implementing the party's policy of benefiting the people in rural areas,are the core of the leadership of rural grass-roots organizations,and are an important support for the party's work tasks and accomplishment goals.In the era of China's continued development in the new era,rural grassroots party organizations are an important force in building a new socialist countryside.The rural grassroots party organizations also face many thorny issues that need to be dealt with.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.The paper starts from the case study of rural grassroots Party organizations in Chengwei Town of Boye County.It is particularly important to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era.Although the party organizations in Chengwei Town of Boye County have greatly improved the rural Party organization construction compared with before,the party members and cadres made joint efforts.However,in the new era,the grass-roots party building in Chengwei Town of Boye County still needs to deal with a lot of difficulties.Problems that are not solved.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the development of rural party organizations in Chengwei Town of Boye County,and find suggestions for strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.By studying the content and significance of the construction of rural grassroots party organizations,we have provided the ideological foundation for the study of rural basic party organizations.The paper first introduced the status quo of rural grass-roots party organizations in Chengwei Town of Boye County,and analyzed the situation.The problems were found,such as the weak ideological and political awareness of some party members,the need to improve the leadership team's ability and quality,and the ranks of party members.Inadequate management work,there are certain defects in the institutional system,there are problems in the style of work of party members and the way they work.Then it briefly introduced the experiences that can be learned from the construction ofgrassroots party organizations in rural areas in three regions,and provided some inspiration for the solution of the problems in the construction of rural party organizations.On the basis of,It puts forward measures to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and elaborates the countermeasures to strengthen the building of rural grass-roots party organizations from six aspects : Strengthen theoretical learning,enhancing the ideological and political awareness of party members,grasping the quality and capacity building of leading bodies and strengthening the selection of qualified personnel Training,promoting the implementation of the system,strengthening the management of party members,standardizing the procedures for the development of party members,establishing and perfecting system and mechanism,improving the style of cadres,promoting a complete and strict administration of the Party.
