Research On Community Grid Management In Urumqi From The Perspective Of Social Governance Innovation

The specialization of social governance is the key to measuring the comprehensive service level of a country or region.Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that the core of social governance lies in harnessing human strength.The key point is to focus on urban and rural communities.The key point is to focus on institutional and institutional innovations.Therefore,improving the governance of urban and rural communities is a key measure for enhancing social governance.The report of the Nineteenth Congress proposed to push the focus of social governance down to the grass-roots level and put more resources at the grass-roots level in order to strengthen grass-roots self-government and management functions,strengthen the overall management system for community management and services,and pay particular attention to social organizations in community governance.The role of China is to achieve a positive interaction between the government,society,and residents in governance,regulation,and autonomy.Therefore,the improvement of the level of community governance is of great significance to the development of the entire society in our country.Particularly in places where ethnic minorities gather in Xinjiang,the task of maintaining stability is arduous,and community governance is particularly important.Urban community gridding is an important measure of community governance.Using the advantages of Internet+,introducing digital information technology into the community is of great significance to the development of the community.This paper adopts the grid management of the three typical communities in the rural communities of urban and rural areas,including the community of Tsuiquan South in Dongquan Road,the commercial-new urban district of Kunming Road in the new commercial area,and the rural community in the residential area of the Shuimogou District.The field surveys conducted on-site investigations revealed that each community has a relatively high degree of focus in the implementation of the grid management process,as well as problems arising from the characteristics of the community.Through analysis and summary of their causes,this paper has been shared through jointgovernance.The proposed measures to strengthen community grid governance are to strengthen top-level design and realize the reengineering of community grid management;use digital information technology to build smart grids and improve institutional guarantees;Organizations are involved in community grids;and nurturing professional talents,improving the quality of talents,and other measures to explore the path,improve the management level of the community grid.Among the optimization of community gridding,from the perspective of maintenance and control of stability,the innovation of this thesis is to propose the establishment of community-based differentiated management,taking all the communities in Urumqi as a large unit,making cross-division according to the nature of the community,and conducting the stability of the community.Armed forces were launched,and remote sensing was carried out to supervise and monitor.From the aspect of public services,this paper proposes to create a “one district,one product” urban community modeled on the “one village,one product” model in rural areas and devotes itself to creating distinctive communities and improving public service quality.
