Research On Community Consultative Democracy Governance In Huaiyin District, Ji'nan City,Shandong Province

The Nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that strengthening social governance innovation and construction is an important part of advancing the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity,and it is also an important measure for opening up a new journey for the building of a socialist modernization country.We must push down the focus of social governance and raise the level of community governance.Deliberative democracy is an important support for grass-roots community governance.It embodies the unique advantages of a socialist deliberative democracy,can concentrate the wisdom of the broadest masses of people,and is also an important form of governance for the long-term stability of the country.Promoting community consultation and democratic governance has its unique democratic governance advantages and theoretical research value.The key to community governance is to develop effective and effective community governance in the new era and improve the rationality and operability of community governance.It is of practical significance to explore the role and methods of deliberative democracy in grassroots community governance.In recent years,Jinan City,Shandong Province has fully used the deliberative approach in community governance to solve a number of practical problems for the masses and provided a certain feasibility for the community to negotiate democratic governance.This paper firstly combs the development of the deliberative democracy theory in the East and the West,analyzes the deliberative democracy in urban communities,and briefly analyzes the significance of the introduction of deliberative democracy in urban community governance as a starting point for the full text.Then,two typical representative communities in Huaiyin District,Jinan City,Shandong Province were selected for exploration.One is a case of deliberative democratic governance in the newly-built closed-family residential community,Faxiangxiang Community,Wuligou Street,and one is old and open.Community-Cases of Deliberative Democracy Governance in Beixin Street Community,Daode Street.Then,it conducted a practical evaluation of community consultation democratic governance in Huaiyin District,Jinan City,Shandong Province,and analyzed the current deficiencies and causes of deliberative democratic governance in the community.Finally,the next step to improve the countermeasures were explored.Through this discussion,he hopes to gain a better understanding of the current good practices in deliberative democratic governance in the community of Huaiyin District,and will benefit the next step in community governance and theoretical development.
