Evaluation Of Intellectual Property Protection In Jiangsu Province From The Perspective Of Dissipative Structure

Economic globalization further promotes the mutual penetration and integration of the economies of various countries.At the same time,it also brings many impacts and challenges to the developing countries.The protection of intellectual property rights in China faces an internationalized new environment.The protection of intellectual property rights as an important system for encouraging technological innovation and promoting cultural prosperity and progress,as well as guaranteeing the normal operation of the socialist market economy,is the key to our country's strenuous efforts to build a strong intellectual property country.For Jiangsu Province,where the overall strength of intellectual property rights ranks high in the country,effective protection of intellectual property rights is an indispensable and powerful lever for promoting technological innovation and encouraging the prosperity of literary and artistic creation,thereby promoting the economic development of Jiangsu Province.Therefore,an objective and fair evaluation of the level of intellectual property protection in Jiangsu Province provides a powerful guarantee for the improvement of intellectual property creation and the realization of stable economic growth.This thesis takes theory of dissipative structures,systems theory,and statistics as the theoretical guidance,and fully absorbs the domestic and foreign research results of the evaluation of intellectual property protection and the application experience of dissipative theory,which will make Jiangsu's intellectual property protection complex system as a research object.First,according to the formation conditions of the dissipative structure,the dissipative nature of the intellectual property protection system in Jiangsu Province was screened;secondly,with the protection of intellectual property rights,the level of intellectual property protection in Jiangsu Province from the three levels of the legislative,judicial and administrative law enforcement The current situation is analyzed;then,through the analysis of the entropy change path of the intellectual property protection system,based on the dissipative structural theory model,it is constructed from the four types of entropy change types: external system support type,external system pressure type,loss type,and regeneration type.The evaluation system of the level of intellectual property protection in Jiangsu Province explores the orderliness of Jiangsu's intellectual property protection system from 2006 to 2015,and evaluates the changes in the level of intellectual property protection in Jiangsu Province during the decade.The research results show that: the intellectual property protection system is a typical dissipative structure system;the protection of intellectual property rights in Jiangsu Province is in an orderly state,and the orderly degree shows a rising trend.This shows that Jiangsu Province's funding and human resources etc.The increase in input has introduced a sufficient amount of negative entropy flows,and the level of intellectual property protection has been continuously improving;the degree of disorder within the intellectual property protection system has gradually decreased,and the system has developed in a more orderly direction,indicating that the internal resources of the system have been effectively Use;The intellectual property protection system is in support of economic,social,and other systems,and can promote the coordinated operation of the intellectual property protection system,which is a concentrated expression of the fact that the entropy flow values of intellectual property protection are both negative and maintain a decreasing trend on the whole.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,this study proposes countermeasures to further enhance the level of intellectual property protection in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of optimizing the legislative process,improving the judicial trial mechanism,and strengthening administrative law enforcement.
