| In recent years,the social and economic development of China has developed rapidly.and social contradictions are becoming more and more intense.The main contradiction of our society has been transformed from the contradiction between the increasing material and cultural needs of the masses and the backward productive forces into the contradiction between the growing demand for better life and the unbalanced development of the people.Therefore,correctly handling the contradictions among the masses and effectively solving the concerns of the masses are playing a more prominent role in the overall work of the party and the state.Freedom of speech is the basic right given by the constitution to the citizens.It is an important way for the people to participate in the political and political affairs of the people by expressing their opinions to the state government through a letter of letters and visits.Under the background of ruling the country according to law,we should explore the measures of letters and visits that are in line with the law,conform to the reality and effectively manage,and open up a practical and effective rule of law for petition work,which is very necessary for resolving social contradictions and ensuring the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This study is based on this background,the current petition system problems as the premise,the status of the petition problem as the starting point,to the rule of law perspective,through the international comparison of the system to resolve the contradictions,combined with the actual work of the petition system,the status quo and existing problems are analyzed and proposed the petition system reform and suggestions of design.Based on this,I hope to find a scientific and effective way to solve letters and visits,and really improve the ability and level of our petition agencies to resolve social contradictions,so as to provide a stable social foundation for the national revival in the new era. |
