In the information age,the computer technology and the Internet are constantly updating, and the virtual practice has risen to a new form of practice. It has changed the people's daily life and the world picture, and also affects the cognitive concept and way of thinking that people have formed before. At the same time, virtual practice also poses a challenge to the social practical activities of human's society, especially it has had an impact on the Marxist view of practice. Therefore,in the background of modern times, from the perspective of philosophy,it's particularly urgent to think of virtual practice as a new form of practice to study the basis for its emergence and further explore its inherent relevance to the Marxist view of practice. This study begins with the formation and evolution of Marxist practice form, and along the path of historical development, explained as a new form of practice, the rationality of the emergence of virtual practice.Based on this premise,I further explore the connotation, characteristics, functions, and forms of expression of virtual practice. This shows that the virtual practice and the three basic forms of Marxist practice(include material production practice, social and political practice, and scientific and cultural practice)are different. Then I analyze the inheritance and development of the virtual practice on Marxist practice forms. At the same time,it is also a new form of practice that has emerged in the information age.Virtual practice is like a double-edged sword. It has both positive and negative effects. Therefore,in the face of virtual practice,we need to keep a clear understanding of this new things,to make the virtual practice play the most effective,so as to realize the coexistence of virtual and reality and build a better society.
