The Challenges Of China's Social Stratum Polarization To Ruling Resources Of CPC Since Reform And Opening Up And Corresponding Countermeasure Research

Ruling resources refer to the sum of various positive factors and good conditions which are in favor of the ruling party to fulfill the mission, enhance the ruling ability ,consolidate ruling status, promote their own ideas, implement its own policy and safeguard their own political system and social system operate orderly. Ruling resources play a foundation role in the power system. It provides the necessary support for normal and effective functioning of the power system. A political party must continue to develop and expand their own power resources for obtaining and consolidating its ruling position. The development history of any ruling party, after all, is a history of power resources development. The Chinese Communist Party have accumulated a wealth of power resources in the long-term revolution and the power practice which is the cause of the party's vigorousness and the party's increasingly consolidated ruling position. We should also see that the party's resources are not only continuously enriched, but also face a series of new challenges in the new historical conditions. How to strengthen the party's resources building advancing with the times is a major issue that the party must face and solve in the new era. First of all, the ruling party resources must be studied thoroughly and systematically both in theory and in practice to solve this important issue.
