the elderly.It is imperative for us to explore innovative medical care combined pension mode.From the perspective of innovation,it is of great significance to explore the practice path of the mode of medical support and pension,which is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive development of medical support and pension mode and relieving the pension pressure.This paper discusses on basic medical support combined with the connotation ofthe pension model,combined with the successful experience of developed countries and domestic pilot,in response to increasing demand for health care for the elderly,explore the integration of medical resources and resource endowment model medical raising combined with the pension model,and through the investigation of the practice of pension
