A Study On The Combination Mode Of Medical Care And Elderly Care In Jilin Province

At present,the population structure of our country is facing an extremely austere trend of aging.The aging population not only has a large base,but also grows very fast.With it,there are many practical problems and contradictions concerning the aged.For example,the continuous shortage of nursing home beds,the increasing number of geriatric patients,the poor level of medical services for elderly patients,the lack of medical resources for geriatric diseases,and so on.These contradictions have not only brought greater pressure to the elderly and their families.Moreover,it has brought impact and challenge to the social pension system of our country.Jilin Province urgently needs to establish a reasonable and complete old-age care service system.The proposal of "speeding up the construction of medical care combined with old-age care services" put forward by the Fifth session of the 11 th CPPCC National Committee of Jilin Province has made the development and practice of medical care combined with old-age care services more and more widely concerned by the society.This article takes Jilin Province as the research object,which expounds the necessity of combining medical care and pension service model based on the status quo of population aging in Jilin Province and the needs of elderly care services in the province.Besides,it expounds the combination of medical care and pension based on politics,economy,society and technology.The feasibility of the implementation of the mode by a detailed investigation on the practice of medical care supports pension service mode in Jilin Province.The Jilin Province has explored and promoted the status quo of the implementation of the medical care and elderly care service mode in Jilin Province,which summed up the evaluation of its effectiveness and experience and proposed the Jilin Province Medical.There are many problems in the development of the combined pension care service mode,such as the low socialization of old-age care services,the conflict between supply and demand,lack of talents and l management capabilities.In response to the proposed countermeasures,it is proposed to further increase the supply of medical care and support services,strengthen the integration of medical and endowment resources and accelerate the integration of rural medical care and support.Finally,it can better allocate social pension resources and medical resources.The impact of improving old people's quality of life in their later years and promoting the combination of medical care and the elderly care services in Jilin Province is further developed.
