In the process of dispatch emergencies and emergency rescue personnel,it is necessary to consider the situation that the number of rescue personnel is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the issue of dispatch emergency rescue workers under the optimal distribution coefficient.In view of the problems existing in the current research on the problem of dispatch rescue workers,this paper considers the method of personnel dispatch in the field of emergencies emergency rescue at home and abroad,considering the optimal distribution coefficient between rescue missions and multiple rescue missions.A comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the starting point of multiple rescue workers was conducted,and a corresponding study was conducted on the dispatch of personnel in this case.This article mainly completes the following research work:(1)According to the relationship between various rescue missions,the concept of optimal distribution coefficient is proposed.Using the number of intervals of the rescue mission's own attributes,the importance of various rescue missions is ranked in a possible manner and the corresponding optimality is obtained.Distribution coefficient,and give the corresponding calculation model.(2)The time spent by rescue workers from different locations to the rescue site is different.At the same time,the urgency of various rescue missions is different,and the time cost function is given.(3)The emergency personnel dispatch method considering the optimal distribution coefficient was proposed.Based on the optimal distribution coefficients of various rescue missions,comprehensively consider the basic benefit values of rescue workers,give corresponding rescue personnel dispatch models and solve them,and then verify the correctness and applicability of the method through an example.(4)A method for dispatch emergencies in emergencies considering the optimal distribution coefficient and time cost is proposed.For the dispatch of personnel arriving from multiple locations and reaching the rescue site,a rescue personnel dispatch model based on time cost is given on the premise of the optimal distribution coefficient,and the corresponding solving process is given,and an example is used to verify the method.Correctness and applicability.
