On The Legal Education And Market Demand

With the development of China's economy,the reform has further advanced.While the essence of reform is to adjust the social system to adapt to the developing economic development,so as to provide fuel for the economic development or otherwise it will hinder the development of the economy.The legal education system is the foundation of our country's legal talents training.It is the basis to establish the society under the rule of law.Only with the continuous output of high-quality legal talents can promise the practice of rule of law.The rule of law would come true by the active and efficient completion of the legal service after the full employment of the legal market.Therefore,there is a basic relationship of supply and demand between law education,legal talents employment and legal market,that is,the training of legal education should meet the needs of the legal market,and the full employment of legal talents can be achieved,so that the rule of law can be implemented.For a long time,the reform of legal education has been confined to the internal education system and ignored the objective demand of the legal service market.The reform has not had a sensitive reflection on the changes of social environment,which leads to a seris of problems such as the low employment rate of law student,the low social recognition of Juris Master(no-law-discipline),the low starting salary of graduates from law School etc..If our country has basically entered the era of market economy,there is no doubt that the law education system in our country is still in the "planned economy" model.Due to a long time in closed system and lack of external reference,the reform itself has become rigid.This is why it has changed for a long time,but does not cure the situation.To jump out of the closed ring of law itself,to face the rule between legal education reform and market is a brand-new attempt.This paper will start with the review of the history of China's legal education system reformation,summarize general issues through the reform of legal education in China,and then analyze comprehensively with the new requirements of legal education under the current social and economic environment,lastly through the economic analysis method,explore the feasibility of using market mechanism to guide the reform of legal education,and give the corresponding methods.
