The vigorous development of tourism e-commerce,facilitate the lives of consumers,they can realize the reservation of travel products and enjoy convenient travel information keep indoors.However,due to the increasing competition in the Internet industry and inadequate regulation,the development of online tourism industry has entered the "irrational prosperity",some illegal behavior that damage market competition and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers have been produced.For instance,airline ticket tying activities have been criticized for a long time.Online travel agent abuse of its superior position,driven by driving nature,place consumer interests in disregard,tying products or services such as insurance,coupons,etc.that consumers do not need when selling tickets and abusing of format clauses to limit consumer rights,these behaviors not only infringe on the consumers' right to self-selection,fair trade right,and the right to know,but also disrupt the order of competition in the tourism market.Judging from the current regulatory status,there still lacks a legal normative document specifically targeting tourism e-commerce,also has a big problem for the supervision of Online travel agent,these reasons cause of consumer complaints are numerous,although the relevant departments are currently trying their best to resolve these conflicts and disputes.However,due to the lack of a legal system,inadequate punishment and dispute resolution mechanism is not perfect causes repeated bans on such behavior.This article studies and analyzes the Ticket bundling of Online travel agent,point out the lack of legal regulations,supervision,punishment and dispute resolution about Online travel agent Ticket bundling.Analyze and refer to foreign advanced experience,then put forward suggestions for improving these deficiencies,with a view to helping maintain good market competition order for China's online travel industry and protection of consumer rights.
