Research On The Protection Of Consumer Rights And Interests Of Online Purchasing Agents

With the popularity of Internet technology,high technology has begun to play a very important role in people's normal life.The maturity of Internet technology is also constantly,set off a new wave of revolution,but also gave birth to many new types of industry,among which online purchasing is one of the most typical representatives.Because of the virtualization of the network,people can not protect their rights in time in the process of consumption,so how to protect their own consumer rights and interests in the network environment has become the focus of research in recent years.This research takes the protection of consumers' rights and interests of online purchasing as the main research content,first explores the relevant theories of online purchasing,and then analyzes the current legal problems faced by consumers' rights and interests protection in domestic online purchasing from the perspectives of security,right to know,fair trade right and right to obtain compensation.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures to solve these legal problems effectively,hoping to help improve the relevant domestic legal system of consumer rights protection through reform research.
