The Study Of Influence Factors Of Village Cadres Tenure

In recent years,the influence of local officials is under the jurisdiction of the regional economic performance has become the scholars of political and economic issue of concern,Local officials of the length of the impact on the economic performance is an important research direction.This study will be as village cadres of democracy at the grassroots level leaders as the research object,through the empirical analysis of the term economic performance,whether and how to influence village and village cadres' personal characteristics on its terms.A village cadre term limits affect the continuity of the policy and practice,but also affects the village cadres job behavior and decision making,this could affect the village economic performance.First of all,through the theoretical research and literature research,the cadre term and economic growth and generalizes the related literature review,laid the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,the background of the villager autonomy system in our country,put forward the theoretical framework of this article,combined with the existing study and put forward research hypothesis.Article using grouping description statistics and econometrics methods,select 36 village cadres of village of Paitan town in Zengcheng city,through the sample analysis of descriptive statistics and regression analysis,to verify this hypothesis.The results of this article show that: first,the characteristics of village have a impact on the cadre's task complexity.Second,the long term development plan of the village have an positive effect on tenure,but whether there is a long term development plan are influenced by both local government and the actual need of the village,third,the centrality of cadre team have an positive effect on te nure,then influence the task complexity,so the different tenure may imply on cadre teams in large areas of village.
