Since entering the new century,our country society to accelerate the development of the times,with the dramatic changes in social structure adjustment and social benefit structure,various social contradictions,some unexpected events,especially in rural areas,the intensification of social cont radictions,conflicts,and showing a growing trend,caused a significant adverse impact on social stability and orderly development.Therefore,how to prevent and deal with the group incidents in rural areas,the effective coordination of social interests,the establishment of effective prevention and management mode,has become the current our country to build a harmonious society,an important practical problem in the sustainable development of economy and society.At present,scholars in the study of gro up events are mostly based on the theory of public crisis,attaches great importance to the mass emergency response and post crisis governance issues,but has not yet formed a systematic and effective prevention of group events occurred in the framework and the countermeasures.O f course,the research on the rural group event Dapu County prevention mechanism is less and less.Therefore,this article uses the literature research method,the case analysis method,has carried on the summary to the review and the summary domestic and foreign research literature,and has carried on the definition to the related concept.The use of social conflict theory,psychological theory,the theory of good governance,the Dapu County Rural Group Events status,types,forms,characteristics and causes were analyzed.By analyzing the problems existing in the Dapu County Rural Mass Incidents prevention mechanism,further elaborated the necessity of the construction of prevention mechanism to strengthen the Dapu county rural mass incidents,and from strengthening the governance of grass-roots government,farmers to express the aspirations of the channel,strong comprehensive three aspects of accountability mechanisms for system design and to provide theoretical guidance for rural mass incidents prevention to Dapu county.At last,the conclusion and discussion are made.
