Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Bullying In China

The problem of juvenile bullying in China has caused wide public concern in recent years.However,the existing laws and relevant systems in China are not enough to effectively curb school bullying and protect the lawful rights and interests of the bullied.This article is mainly to analyze the bullying and legislative situation through the current situation of our country,aiming to explore and put forward China's bullying prevention and control law.We should clearly define the bullying of legal concept and clarify the legal relationship,the body of the implementation of school,family,social,and personal responsibility,increased penalties for bullying.In this way,we can avoid the "dilution of responsibility" and truly put the prevention and treatment of bullying on the track of the rule of law,so as to curb the occurrence of school bullying to the maximum extent.
