A Study On The Government Function In The Construction Of Smart Community

With the development of economy,the progress of society,and the development of network technology,modern society has entered the Internet age.The Internet virtually connects people and things that exist in society.Smart cities and smart communities have emerged as a result,and they have to be well developed.With regard to the construction of a smart community,the government must play a good role in this crucial moment to promote the construction of smart communities by other entities.The author has an in-depth understanding of the theory and practice of the construction of smart communities.For the moment,in the process of building smart communities,in practice,the construction of smart communities in China is concentrated in big cities,and other small and medium-sized cities are actively preparing for smart communities.And all the main bodies of society are also actively paying attention to and participating in the construction of smart communities.The government needs to fully play its role in building smart communities.From a theoretical perspective,research on smart communities has basically focused on the physical aspects such as technology and infrastructure,and there has been little research from a government perspective.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the government's role in the construction of smart communities.This article selects the role of government in the construction of smart communities as the research object.What the government plays in the guiding role of the construction of the smart community,how to play a role,and the effect of the role are all the contents of this article.This article adheres to the overall construction idea of "government guidance,market allocation,corporate ownership,and multi-stakeholder participation." It analyzes the government's actual role and its proper role,and finds that the role of the government in China is still not fully implemented.The existence of these problems is just pointed out the direction for our future work.In the context of the combination of national governance and the Internet,this paper proposes that the government adheres to the five development concepts in the construction of smart communities,improve human resources,material resources,and financial resources to improve the security system for the construction of smart communities,and put forward constructive measures for the future role of government.Opinions and countermeasures are of great significance to improving the ability and level of government governance and optimizing the image of the government,and to achieve the ultimate goal of providing residents with a smart and comfortable life.
