The 18th National Congress of the Party brought the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of "Five-Pronged Overall Plan" and emphasized that the construction of ecological civilization should be placed in a prominent position.The Party's 19th CPC National Congress points out that China should be built into a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern powerful country The party and the state attach great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and implement a series of new measures to improve the environment Many environmental problem need to be solved,such as air pollution,water pollution,soil pollution.waste of production domestic and so on,especially in rural areas.Rural environmental problems are an important part of the construction of ecological civilization in China.Rural environmental governance is not only the focus but also the difficulty of the construction of ecological civilization in China.The solution of rural environmental problems needs rural residents to improve their awareness of environmental protection and actively involved in environmental protection,however subject to a variety of factors,rural residents environmental awareness is not high enough to affect the progress of ecological civilization.Under this background,It is of great practical significance to probe into the environmental protection consciousness of rural residents in southern Shaanxi.On the basis of synthesizing the domestic and foreign research trends,this topic is based on the following five aspects basic situation of residents,residents' understanding of local environmental problems,the status of residents' environmental protection knowledge,and the status of environmental protection residents' attitudes through visits and questionnaires to understand the current situation of rural environmental awareness.On the whole,residents have a high degree of attention to environmental protection,a high degree of awareness of environmental protection knowledge,and a strong willingness to protect the environment,but there are problems such as the lack of awareness of the responsibility of environmental protection,the lack of depth of knowledge of environmental p.rotection,the weak concept of environmental protection,low practice of environmental behavior,etc.On the one hand,the level of rural economic development is low,the construction of environmental protection facilities is not perfect,and the government's environmental protection publicity and education is not enough,On the other hand,the residents have low level of education,backward ideology,lack of habit of green living,and influence the formation and promotion of the whole consciousness of environmental protection of residents.Therefore,only by vigorously supporting the development of the rural green economy,perfecting the rural environmental protection facilities,doing a good job of environmental protection propaganda and education,perfecting the supervision mechanism of the residents,strengthening the collective consciousness of the rural residents,and urging the rural residents to change their own ideas,taking part in environmental protection activities consciously and actively,cultivating good environmental protection habits,entering from outside,externalizing advanced environmental protection concept into rural residents' environmental protection behavior can we raise the level of rural residents' environmental protection consciousness from different aspects.
