Research On The Construction Of Local Custom Civilization In Southern Shaanxi

Since China's reform and opening more than 40 years ago,the overall economic development of rural areas in China has undergone tremendous changes,and the material living conditions of farmers have been greatly improved.From the basic point of view,the contradiction between the pursuit of a better life in the spirit and culture of farmers and the current depressed rural atmosphere has increasingly affected the happiness and sense of gain of farmers.Based on the changes of major social contradictions in the great journey of entering the new era,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization,The strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)puts forward the general requirements of “industrial prosperity,ecological livability,local custom civilization,effective governance,and affluent existence”,provides phased guidance for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and points out that local custom civilization is an important guarantee for the effective implementation of Rural Revitalization.In this context,this paper combined with the relevant theories of Marx and Engels and Chinese contemporary leaders on the construction of spiritual civilization and the relevant requirements of the construction of rural wind civilization in China,investigates the current situation of the construction of local custom civilization in southern Shaanxi Province,covering Hanzhong City,Ankang City and Shangluo city.In this paper,these problems existing in the construction of local custom civilization in southern Shaanxi,such as the single spiritual and cultural life,the indifference of interpersonal relationship,the continuous loss of excellent traditional morality and the misunderstanding of the working style of grass-roots organizations are studied.In the research,through combing the relevant literature,as well as in-depth understanding of the investigation and interview,this paper analyzes and summarizes the effectiveness and problems of the construction of local custom civilization in southern Shaanxi,and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.The research content mainly includes as follows:First of all,it introduces the background and significance of the selected topic,combing the research status of the construction of local custom civilization at home and abroad in recent years,and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this study.Second,this paper expounds the related concepts,connotations and theoretical basis of the construction of rural wind civilization,summarizes the main contents of the construction of local custom civilization from four aspects:grassroots cadres,farmers,ecological atmosphere and local culture,and points out the significance of the construction of local custom civilization.And it analyzes the main practice of the construction of local custom civilization in southern Shaanxi,presents the achievements and problems in the construction through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects:the current government working mechanism,the inherent economic and cultural basis,the impact of traditional culture,and the construction work mode.Finally,From the core areas of this study,we focus on the problems and causes of the construction of rural wind civilization in southern Shaanxi,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward from four aspects:establishing a long-term working mechanism,creating an ecological village atmosphere,using local educational resources,and optimizing the working methods by multiple efforts,which are committed to promoting the effectiveness of the construction of rural wind civilization in southern Shaanxi.
