The Impact Of Social Capital On The Precision Of Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

Poverty is always an important reason that affects people's life further.It also directly affects the gap between the rich and the poor,the stability of society and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.The government of our country has always attached importance to the problem of poverty,and has achieved important achievements in the world through the poverty alleviation policy and the poverty alleviation fund.Since the central government put forward the poverty alleviation way to solve the problem of poverty in China,local governments at all levels quickly implemented poverty alleviation for all regions,and became a focus in all levels of government work.Over the years,according to academic research,social capital has become a paradigm to explain the problem of rural poverty,poverty is an important factor which influences the relationship between poverty,using social capital theory to explain and analyze in depth as the impoverished county poor village in northern Guizhou Nanshan village,hoping to rural poverty alleviation precise North Guizhou has help.The first part of the article reviews the connotation of social capital and the precision of poverty alleviation,and lays the foundation for the later writing in theory.The second part analyses the present situation and difficulties of the precision poverty alleviation in Nanshan village.The third part analyses the causes of the poverty alleviation in Nanshan village from the perspective of social capital.The fourth part,in order to solve the problems existing in the precise poverty alleviation,puts forward that we should cultivate social capital and promote the successful elimination of poverty in northern Guizhou and realize the sustainable development of rural areas in northern Guizhou.
