With the advancement of accurate poverty alleviation,on the one hand,fighting poverty has made decisive progress,poverty population has fallen sharply,the inciden ce of poverty continues to decline;on the other hand,as a large number of poverty alleviation funds,projects and materials continue to be concentrated in rural areas,the resources available in the hands of village cadres at the precise nerve-deficient nerve endings increase,corruption in village cadres in the field of accurate poverty alleviation show a high incidence.The problem of corruption in village cadres in th e field of poverty alleviation is generally small,but directly infringe upon the vital interests of the people in difficulty,the social impact is extremely bad.If left to spr ead,it is bound to overwhelm the people's trust in the government and will eclipse the Party's ruling foundationl.Therefore,Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,always attach great importance to corruption governance in the field of poverty alleviation.At the Third Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Commission fo r Discipline Inspection,Xi Jinping,the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,emphasized that we must "sing swords to the unhealthy and corrupt issues around the masses and safeguard the vital interests of the people".Zhao Leji,secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspecti on,pointed out in the work report of the Third Plenary Session of the 19 th Centr al Commission for Discipline Inspection that we must "take the opportunity of " bu ilding a year out of poverty " and vigorously rectify outstanding problems such as formalism,bureaucracy and falsification in the field of poverty alleviation,and pun ish corruption and misappropriation,misrepresentation,misappropriation and misappr opriation in poverty alleviation projects."
