The relocation of poverty alleviation is an effective and precise form of poverty alleviation,making it possible for immigrants to get rid of poverty and become rich in the place of resettlement.However,because immigrants are out of the familiar living environment and social environment,they are facing the problem of social adjustment in resettlement area.For the school-age migrant children,the social environment and the school environment are not only faced with the social adaptation problems,but also the problems of school adaptation.The adaptation of the immigrant children's school not only affects the quality of their academic achievements,but also affects the degree of their identification and integration,and more directly affects the successful completion of the socialization process.Guizhou province is an important province for poverty alleviation and hard work in China.Its ease of poverty alleviation and relocation project is large,immigrant population is large,and the problem of school adaptation is more prominent for the children of immigrant children,and it is urgent to attract the attention of all circles of society.Therefore,taking Guizhou as a case,it is of great practical significance to study the problem of school adaptation of immigrant children,which can improve the educational effect of the immigrant children,improve the overall quality of life of the immigrant families,and promote the real integration of the immigrants into the resettlement community,and promote the development and stability of the immigrant communities.This paper takes the resettlement sites of M immigrants in Guizhou Province as the survey site,taking the pupils of the immigrant children as the investigation object,and taking the school adaptation of this group as the breakthrough point.Through the methods of literature reading,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the practical performance and problems of the migrant children with their parents' adaptation to the school after their parents are placed in the new community.Influencing factors and coping strategies.First of all,the thesis focuses on the four dimensions of family environment adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,academic adaptation and self adaptation.The study found that there are some problems in the above four dimensions of immigrant children.The specific performance is: in the family environment adaptation dimension shows the weak independent ability,lack of communication with the family and other phenomena;in the interpersonal adaptation dimension showing discrimination,communication is not smooth and so on;in the academic adaptation to produce anxiety or weariness and other psychological,poor learning performance,learning attitude is not correct;in self adaptation,self abasement,self confidence,poor self recognition And so on.Secondly,the article analyzes the various reasons for the problem of school adaptation from the aspects of society,community,school,emigrant family and the individual of immigrant children.From the social level,the main factors are the negative influence of the network media,the lack of social policy and the lack of welfare support.From the level of immigrant community,it is mainly the low level of community management and the limited ability of the community organization.From the school level of immigrant children,the main factors are the lack of school education resources and the poor communication between teachers and students,from the family of immigrant children.From the perspective of court level,it is mainly due to poor family economic and material conditions,low educational level of guardians,and unscientific ways of upbringing.From the individual level of immigrant children,there is a problem of school adaptation because of its unclear role in the change of the role after the relocation,and the poor individual resistance.Finally,in view of the problems arising from the adaptation of the immigrant children's schools,the article believes that the countermeasures can be taken from the following aspects: the society should strengthen the positive guidance of the network media to the immigrant children,increase the support for the social policy and social welfare;the immigrant community should improve the management level and enhance the organizational ability;the school should increase the allocation ofresources for the immigrant children and increase its resources.The strength of communication with teachers;to improve the educational level of the immigrant children's guardians,to change their unscientific upbringing;to help the immigrant children adapt to their roles and to enhance their resistance.
