Study On The Square Dance Of The Elderly In The Perspective Of Community Culture Development

With the aging of China's population,it is entering the high tide phase.In the elderly population increasing,economy has been rapid development at the same time,in people's material life has been basically met under the premise of the elderly spiritual and cultural needs and the consciousness of health maintenance is increasing day by day.At present,there is a big gap in the construction of community culture in China,especially the spiritual and cultural construction of the elderly is lagging behind and out of touch with the needs.It is urgent to perfect and enlarge the construction of community culture.According to the current understanding of the emergence of squaredance is reasonable and inevitable.Old people will have more free time after retirement,and the elderly over the age of 60 people compared to other years and most of them are one-child families,and children are busy with work and their families,so they are too busy to take care of and accompany their parents.So the elderly will have a serious sense of loss and presence.Through the spontaneous organization of the square dance team,to achieve physical training,pleasure,communication and learning,to meet the needs;To improve the health of the elderly and prolong life.Reduce the burden of family medical care,pension,alleviate the social problems caused by the aging of the country.It has a great positive impact on the construction of a civilized,harmonious and friendly society in the city.This paper is divided into the following five parts: In the introduction,the author elaborates on the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods.The literature review part systematically reviews the previous studies.Mainly from the community work,community culture construction,square dance from three aspects.Based on the theory of social support theory,advantage perspective theory,Maslow's demand theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.In the chapter of the thesis,introduces the investigation and research on the present situation of square dance,mainly including the elderly population distribution,community and square dance in h city,aswell as the basic information,interview content and analysis results of the interview objects,and obtains the personal needs,community cultural needs and the role of square dance in the construction of community culture.From the point of view of social work to the problems faced by the square dance and put forward effective countermeasures.Finally,the author analyzes and summarizes the content of this paper and professional reflection.
