Research On The Satisfaction Of Community Health Services Among Residents In Zhenjiang City And Its Influencing Factors

With China's economic and social development,the contradiction between people's increasing health service demand and supply becomes increasingly prominent,‘It is expensive and difficult to see a doctor' is still the arduous project in new reform period.The 19 th National Congress of the CPC proposed that to improve the level of the people's health as the core purpose,to establish a high quality medical and health service system,strengthen basic medical & health service system and the general practitioners team construction in the "healthy China" strategy implementation.Community health service is the basis and bond of the basic health service system.Also it is the key to deepen health China construction,thus it is imperative to improve the function and level of community health service.Residents' satisfaction of community health service is an important index of checking the quality of community health service.It can be more intuitively to reflect the residential satisfaction of the community health service by quantized satisfaction and We can find out the main factors influencing the satisfaction accordingly.As a measure of quality and performance,satisfaction can help to acquaint the existing advantages and disadvantages in the community health services and put forward some suggestions to improve the satisfaction.Community health service satisfaction survey is not only the guarantee of resident health right,but also helpful to the sustainable development of community health service.This study firstly explained the basic concept of community health service and community residents' health service satisfaction,also clarify the theory of community health services,community residents' health service satisfaction and new public service.Secondly,referring to the actual situation in Zhenjiang,We prepared questionnaire about the residents community health service satisfaction through expert consultation and panel discussion.The questionnaire adopt likert scale evaluation.Questionnaire includes basic demographic characteristics,understanding and using situation and satisfaction survey.Conduct processing,statistics and analysis on data by using SPSS22.0 and analyze the influence factors of residents community health service satisfaction by Logistic regression analysis.Finally,analyze the currentproblems existing in community health service according to the result then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the residents' satisfaction based on the existing problems.The main conclusions of this study are:Residents' satisfaction with community health services is 80.5%,which is "very satisfied" and "satisfactory",and the overall satisfaction is high.Residents' cognition of the functions of community health service is single.The degree of equalization of health resources is low,and the utilization rate of family doctors is not high.Demographic factor analysis has no statistical significance in satisfaction evaluation of community health services.Through multi factor regression analysis,the medical effect,the explanation of the condition,the price of medicine,and medical equipment are the main factors that affect the satisfaction of the residents in the community health service.This study proposed the following suggestions:By strengthing the transition of tne residents' health services from need to demand,embodying community satisfaction into the evaluation index system to improve the satisfaction of residents in truth and other measures,further improve the utilization of community health services,build ordered Medical-seeking Pattern and set up information sharing platform,deepen community health service that is based on group management scheme,and gradually achieve the resources health sharing and overall managing between hosipital and community health service center,strengthen the propaganda for community health service to raise the resident consicouseness of health,and enhangce knowlegde and acceptance of community health service to raise the resident consciousness of health,foster a people-oriented concept,humanize community health services,and empathize with emotional care.Improving the staffing of high quality health personal at the grass-roots level,optimizing the hardware facilities of community health service,widening the financing channels of community health diversification,promoting the equalization of health resources at the grass-roots level.
