| Now,the development of society has gradually increased the average life expectancy in my country,the fertility rate has continued to decline,and the aging of the population in my country has become increasingly serious.Old-age security has become a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Coping with population aging has become a national strategy.As a new type of elderly care model,community-based home care has been rapidly promoted in large and medium-sized cities in my country in recent years,because it is more in line with the concept and actual needs of traditional elderly care.Shijiazhuang is one of the first batch of pilot cities for the reform of community home care services designated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.Many elderly people in Shijiazhuang have benefited from community home care services such as meal assistance,cleaning assistance,and medical assistance.However,this new pension model has not been fully developed because it started late in our country.This article takes this as the starting point to conduct in-depth research,and provide some help for improving the quality of home-based care services in Shijiazhuang and improving the lives of the elderly.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literature,this thesis clarifies important concepts such as community home care services and service satisfaction,and draws lessons from the Customer Satisfaction Index Model(ACSI),the SERVQUAL model,constructs the research model of this thesis,puts forward hypotheses according to the data variables and their relationships,and with reference to similar research cases.And carry out information collection and questionnaire survey in Shijiazhuang,sort out valid information and questionnaires,and use statistical analysis system software for scientific analysis.Firstly,descriptive analysis is made on the basic information of the questionnaire sample.After the reliability and validity test,the current situation of satisfaction with community home-based elderly care service is analyzed,and then statistics are made through difference test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and hierarchical regression analysis.method to verify the hypotheses proposed in this thesis.Through the research,it is found that the satisfaction degree of community home care services in Shijiazhuang is between general satisfaction and relatively satisfaction,which is above the middle level.In terms of influencing factors of satisfaction,first,in the perceived service quality,the quality of cleaning services and medical assistance services have a significant positive impact on satisfaction,and through multiple regression analysis on the quality of cleaning assistance and medical assistance services,it is found that The elderly’s evaluation of the cleaning service is significantly affected by three factors: the professionalism of the cleaning staff,the care of the cleaning staff,and the degree of diversified services provided,namely,reliability > assurance > caring.The elderly’s evaluation of medical assistance services is significantly affected by three factors: timeliness of medical assistance services,professionalism of medical assistants,and completeness of medical equipment,namely responsiveness > reliability > tangibility.The second is that perceived service value has a significant positive impact on satisfaction.Through the multiple regression analysis on perceived value evaluation,it is found that the elderly’s evaluation of perceived value is significantly affected by two factors: service value evaluation and price value.Third,among the demographic variables,gender,age,and health status have a significant impact on satisfaction.Fourth,among social stratification variables,educational stratification and occupational stratification have a significant impact on satisfaction.Finally,in response to the above findings,this thesis puts forward specific and effective countermeasures and suggestions to improve the scientific level of community-based elderly care services in Shijiazhuang,and make efforts for the progress of the elderly care industry in Shijiazhuang. |
