Study On The Influencing Factors Of Multiple Subjects Involved In The Care Of Pension Service Satisfaction

This chapter starts with the problem of aging,and explains the severe aging form of the global joint face and challenge since the end of the nineteenth Century.Since the end of nineteenth Century,aging has become global problems and challenges facing.The original traditional family pension and institutional pension has been unable to meet the needs of the elderly.The community home care model has become the inevitable choice of the current and future.Day care services,as a typical method of the Community home care model,occupies a very important position.Daycare services provide day care,catering,counseling and other services for elderly people,but also provides a platform for the elderly community participation,increase community association and other recreational activities of the elderly.On the one hand,for the elderly relatives,daycare service center gives them a chance to relex,on the other hand,they can also receive care at the same time in the community,at night to enjoy the warmth of the family at home.At the same time,the government has long realized that the welfare of the elderly can not meet the needs of the elderly only with the help of the government.To improve the quality of care for the elderly,the government issued policies,and actively guide the participation of social forces,hoping to set the strength of the parties to participate in social welfare undertakings.In order to explore the elderly day care of multiple subjects involved in the care of pension service satisfaction,understand the role of multiple subjects in the service supply and impact on satisfaction,the factors affecting the satisfaction of care service for the elderly in Guangzhou city as the research subject,day care pension service as the research object,combining with the current situation of Guangzhou City daycare service for the elderly that inspired the welfare pluralism theory under the supply subject divided into voluntary organizations and government,community and family in the community social organizations,four subjects will be involved in the day care service for the elderly.At the same time,according to the four main services offered to establish relevant indicators as independent variables,the satisfaction of care service pension as the dependent variable,using factor analysis and ordinal regression analysis method,finally obtains the satisfaction factors of pension service care.In this paper,four communities of Guangzhou district,which have a large degree of aging,were selected as the research sites to visit the day care centers in the community,and to send questionnaires to the elderly in the community.Through the data analysis,we found that: 6 common factors extracted from the 16 variables,there are 4 common factors have significant positive impact on the satisfaction of day care.Among them,the factors related to the supply of social workers and voluntary organizations in the government,the community and the community were positively related to satisfaction,and the factors related to family emotional support had no significant effect on satisfaction.Finally,according to the results,the author analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
