Exploring The Factors Influencing On The Satisfaction Of Community Service-oriented Home Care

Under the background of aging, community service-oriented home care is one of the best way to solve the problem. It reflects social security policy, improves the development of pension and guarantees the elderly in later life. In the recent years, community service-oriented home care career has made great progress. But there still many problems to be solved. Pension coverage is not high and control system is not perfect. All these problems influence the improvement of community service-oriented home care career. Compared with other kinds of pension, community service-oriented home care is a passive mode.The former research has explored the role of government in the community service-oriented home care. And some research has explored the influencing factors that affects the satisfaction of community service-oriented home in some specific community. But these research ignores the feeling of the old people and cannot be widely applied.So, this research mainly explores the satisfaction of community service-oriented home care based on the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Social support theory and Theory of community care. This research can be divided into six parts. The first part is introduction. It tells us the background, significance, current situation and the thinking of this research. The second part is literature review and theory. It retrospects the former research and defines the main variables of this research. The third part is research hypothesis. It puts forward the object of this research and builds hypothesis. The forth part is Research design. It takes the community of Lighting Color Town in Shenyang for example and gathers necessary information from the old man. The fifth part is empirical test and interpretation of result. It uses SPSS software to test four hypotheses and analysis the results of experiment. The last part is conclusion and suggestion. It tells us the innovation of this research and the drawback of conclusion. Meantime it give some suggestion to the government.
