Honest Cultural Construction Of Local Government

At present,the problem of corruption in our country has been very serious,and it is imperative to punish corruption.The theory has become a kind of theory that scholars from all walks of life together.The culture of honest and clean government has the function of guiding people to realize,restraining people's behavior and so on.The research of local government culture construction can speed up the process of China's anti-corruption,enrich the theory of socialist culture and government,and promote the continuous improvement of China's clean government.Since the reform and opening up,especially since the eighteen years,China's local government's achievements in the construction of a clean and honest culture,local officials to strengthen the concept of corruption and corruption,the power to run gradually standardized,public awareness of supervision.However,the local government and cultural construction of the problem is quite serious,a single independent cultural products,cultural constraints fatigue,social participation is not high,resulting in the cultural market regulation out of control.Investigate its reason,mainly is the lack of effective policies and measures,the lack of public support,social supervision system is not perfect.To strengthen the clean government culture construction,must promote the cultural connotation construction,strengthen policy support and administrative measures,intensify propaganda to improve public awareness,learn from foreign local government culture construction on the basis of the experience,improve the construction of social supervision system.In order to study the construction better,this paper uses comparative research method,through the comparison of China's construction of each period,the local government has launched the construction of the problem;using the PDCA research method,research the reason of local government lack of honest cultural construction;using the causal analysis method,through the local government the reason the cultural construction,analyzes the various reasons;using system analysis method,the cultural connotation of the system summary.
