With the vigorous development of e-commerce,the protection of consumers rights and interests in online shopping is attracting more and more attention from society.The consumer is in a weak position in the relationship with the operators,so the law has a related protection to the consumers.Although the establishment of the twenty-fifth item of the consumer protection act has greatly protected the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in online shopping,there are still many problems in judicial practice.For example,the agreement does not apply to the specific confirmation form of consumers regret right,but it is not clear about the specific confirmation form.It is not consistent with the criteria for the integrity of commodities,the legal application is not applicable to the situation of consumers regret right,there are unreasonable points,and how to identify the seven days starting time during holidays.The existence of these problems greatly hinders consumers to realize their own rights,and then affects the stability and development of the electronic commerce industry in China.So,in order to better protect the interests of consumers,should be the starting time during the holidays to consumers right to regret the reasonable,clear product integrity standards,refine the relevant provisions of the consumers right to regret is not applicable for the four agreement,the legal situation does not apply to regret right should also be rational to treat.In addition,the realization of the right to regret in the lawsuit is also facing difficulties,therefore,it is necessary to perfect the lawsuit system,public interest litigation system,and to determine the jurisdiction of the consumers right to regret the case,through the implementation of this series of initiatives to better improve our consumer right to regret.
