With the development and progress of science and technology,people’s way of life has been greatly changed.Online shopping is getting more and more popular with its own unique features. But online shopping is largely based on operator’s propaganda rather than for real understanding and experience such as product quality,performance,useful.So the situation of the online shopping consumer rights and interests are violated more and more prominent. For this,on October 25,2013,the 12th session of the standing committee of the National People’s Congress the fifth meeting examined and approved the "the standing committee of the National People’s Congress on amending the<the consumers’rights and interests protection law of the People’s Republic of China>decision,"added the consumers’regret rights.The emergence of the new right will no doubt play a great role in protecting online shopping consumer rights and interests.But we should also realize the regret right in our country is still preliminary and not very perfect.Also there are many rules are general fuzzy.such as the provisions of the goods shall be in good condition.At the same time our country also does not have regulations on the abusing of regret rights,it may lead to rights abuse and affect the normal economic order.Therefore,the exercising of the regret right faces enormous difficulties and challenges.Based on this, this paper aims to better standardize the exercise of regret right of online shoppers, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of them, as well as maintain the normal economic order. In addition, it analyzes a series of difficulties in the practice of regret rights in China and proposes corresponding measures in the accordance with the cases, its experience and the practice at home and abroad, so as to provide a reference for the further improvement of regret rights in China.
