| With the rapid development of China’s social economy,people’s living standards have been steadily rising,and the use of fire and electricity in daily production and living has increased,and the construction scale has become larger and larger.The rapid development of society triggers new problems of increasing fire hazards,which increases fire risk.It brings new challenge to fire safety management department’s work.For the moment,the fire safety management in our country is not perfect,the vast majority of colleges and universities are still using artificial screening model to manage the fire.The emergency rescue is also in the mode of manual command,lacking intelligent decision-making means.The purpose of this study is to make up the above defects and realize the high efficiency and intelligence of fire safety management and decision-making.This paper takes GIS map as visual display platform and develops a fire risk assessment and emergency management system.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the present situation of fire,the causes of the fire.Then this paper summarizes the research status of fire risk assessment and emergency rescue.According to existing problems,this paper illustrates the research object.(2)This paper constructs a set of fire risk assessment system by consulting relevant literature and in accordance with the target design process,and uses comprehensive integrated empowerment method to determine the index weight,setting up the fire risk assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At the same time,the double objective model with the earliest start time and the fewest number of emergency rescue point as the goal is established in this paper.(3)According to the research objective of this paper,the overall architecture design of the system is introduced,the business process of the system is analyzed,and the functional module design of the system is completed.(4)In this paper,the system is designed in detail,including risk assessment visualization,emergency rescue,video monitoring,background management and other modules’ functional process design.(5)This paper chooses responsive framework BootStrap to design the front page,uses Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis as technical framework on server side,chooses MySQL as the database.Finally the fire risk assessment and emergency management system is developed.Finally,this paper takes a university campus as an example to show the page of the system,then verifies the stability and functions of the system.The results show that the design of the system is in line with the expected goal,and has some guiding significance for the fire safety management department. |
