Army Emergency Resource Scheduling Problem Under Unconventional Emergencies Incident

In the process of mobilizing the army in the process of disposal of big unconventional emergencies,scientific,timely and effectively various emergency resources scheduling,to effectively reduce the degree of disasters,disaster reduction,it is of great significance.In carrying out this mandate,emergency resource scheduling problem is the core issue of major unconventional emergency management and an important part of disaster relief security system.Science and reasonable emergency resources dispatch for troops disposal unconventional emergencies has an important position and role of research questions have important theoretical value and significance of this application.Emergency resource scheduling herein disposal unconventional forces during emergencies as the research object,this issue has been studied.The main work and innovations are as follows:First,we analyze question of emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.In this chapter,we firstly analyze correlation theory about emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.Then,we analyze principle of emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.We construct the corresponding conceptual model.Second,we build logistics equipment and materials scheduling model disposal unconventional forces during emergencies.In this section,we analyze emergency materials of emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.We present storage model of emergency resource.Then we present some suggestions about emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.Third,we construct the force scheduling model of emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.First,we analyzed the main factors involved in scheduling,which disposes of the object,handling,disposal,environmental factors.Then build the strength input model and comparative analysis of the three models were obtained forces dispose of optimal model of non-routine incidents.Finally,we build vehicle distribution model disposal unconventional forces during emergencies.In this section,analysis of the characteristics of resource distribution vehicle scheduling,constructed the forces dispose of non-routine emergency vehicle scheduling model,and finally,applying artificial solutions and computer solutions,the model was solved.Through the above research,it will provide theoretical and policy support for troop handling emergency resource dispatching of non-routine incidents.To maintain social stability and protect people's life and property to provide services.
