A Social Capital Construction Path To Home-based Care In "Country To Residence" Community

With the rapid development of China's economy,to realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the reform of local governments,the "village resettlement" community came into being."I.house",after the village community in politics,economy,culture,in great changes of management,residents' life style,social networks and values also change,have great influence on people's life.Community structure is complex,personnel factors such as strong heterogeneity,liquidity big lead to weakening community neighborhood relation network,community specification is destroyed,and a decrease social trust,individuals,families,communities and other aspects of social capital.In the process of growing aging population,the weakening of family functioning and the restriction of institutional pension already can't satisfy the needs of the elderly,and the house has many advantages,to fill the gap in this field,become a new method to solve the problem of pension.Development of community endowment service,need to individuals,families,communities,government coordination between the stakeholders and participate in,the social capital theory for this study provides a theoretical perspective.In the context of global aging,this paper discusses the community pension service through the practical intervention of social work in the perspective of social capital.Based on social capital theory as the guidance,this paper analysis the home village changed features and construction paths of social capital.Combined with personal,family structure changes,resulting in the ability to mobilize resources weakened to analyze its capital position,explore residents social workers by enhancing capacity building,cultivate the ability to mobilize social resources network and access to information intervention path;Community social capital level,combined with the clan clan relationship,social trust,social norms are destroyed and other characteristics,social work through the reconstruction of the social network,to promote social trust,give play to the role of informal authority of village and conventions,etc,to achieve the restructuring and allocation of capital;The institutional level,from the society to advocate and promote the integration of resources to promote the development of pension services that occupy the home.Finally combined with practical experience,summarizes the home village changed the construction of old-age social capital path that occupy the home.
